Our Eyes Are on You: A Season of Desperate Prayer and Expectant Faith

Facing insurmountable odds and painfully aware of his own inability, King Jehosaphat once prayed, “We do not know what to do but our eyes are on you” (2 Chron. 12:20). As our church heads into this New Year, we do so with this same sense of desperation, desperate for God to bring transformation to our friendships and families, to our sorrows and addictions, to our church community. Even more so, we are desperate to be faithful in the mission Jesus has left us knowing all that stands in its way. And yet, we also share a sense of expectation, expectation that God not only knows us best but loves us best, and he is able to save. Starting this Sunday, we hope you will join us for this next season of desperate prayer and expectant faith, as we see what God does when our eyes are on him.
